ABOUT US

Founded by Toronto-based artist Alex Jowett and sisters Lexi  and Liz Pathak, HAATHI HOUSE is a Canadian-made line of fine gold and gemstone jewellery inspired by a life of wanderlust.  Haathi means elephant in Sanskrit and the playful spirit of an elephant can be seen throughout the collection.  The name is also a nod to the sisters' Indian grandfather.

FAQ

How long will my order take?

All pieces are proudly made to order in Toronto, Canada. Please allow us three to four weeks to fulfill your purchase. Should you need your product earlier, please contact us via email and we will do our best to fulfill your request. 

Can I customize any product or work with you to make a special one-off?

We would love to work with you to create a customized piece.  We can offer existing pieces in different types of gold, or with different gemstones, as every piece is made to order. Want an ADORE Ear Cuff in all black diamonds? Want Haathi House to work with you on the design of an engagement ring? No problem. Just email us with your request and we will be in touch with pricing and next steps.

What if I ordered the wrong size ring?

If you order the wrong ring size and want to exchange, we will offer you a one time free ring re-sizing.  Email us to let us know your new size request and to notify us of the return of the ring. Please send your ring via insured mail, as we are not responsible for lost and/or damaged merchandise. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of your orders come in a beautiful branded Haathi House box. Should you like to add a message please email us and we will be happy to accommodate. 

I Placed My Order, Now What Happens?

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation and we shall start working on your jewellery! You will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package and make any delivery changes if needed.
